NTU urges all Representatives to vote “YES” on H.J. Res. 88, a joint resolution to invoke the Congressional Review Act to strike down the refurbished Biden student loan debt transfer scheme. This joint resolution would prevent the likely unconstitutional modifications to the income-driven repayments under federal loan programs and would save taxpayers an estimated $475 billion over the ten-year budget window.
Roll call votes on the resolution will be included in NTU’s annual Rating of Congress and a “YES” vote will be considered the pro-taxpayer position.
